These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Miigo mobile application, website, and related services (“Miigo,” “the Service”).

By creating an account or using Miigo, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use Miigo.

1. About Miigo

Miigo is a digital companion designed to provide personalized guidance, reflections, and insights based on information you choose to share. Miigo is not a medical service, crisis support tool, or professional mental-health advisor. Miigo provides informational and self-development support only.

2. Eligibility

To use Miigo, you must:

• be at least the legal age of digital consent in your country
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• use Miigo only for lawful purposes

3. User Account

You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials secure
• the accuracy of the information you provide
• all activity under your account

Miigo may suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms.

4. Personal Data & Privacy

Your use of Miigo is also governed by the Miigo Privacy & Data Protection Policy, which explains:

• what data is collected
• how it is stored
• how it is processed
• your GDPR rights

By using Miigo, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

5. Intended Use & Important Disclaimers

Miigo is designed for:

• self-development
• emotional reflection
• journaling
• personality insights
• general guidance and support

Miigo is not a substitute for:

• medical advice
• psychological or psychiatric diagnosis
• crisis assistance
• legal or financial advice

If you experience a mental-health crisis, you must contact local emergency services or professional support immediately.

Miigo may generate suggestions or insights based on your data; these are informational only.

You remain fully responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on Miigo’s outputs.

6. Subscriptions & Payments (Miigo+)

Miigo may offer optional paid features (“Miigo+”).
By subscribing, you agree to:

• the price shown at checkout
• recurring billing until cancellation
• platform-specific terms (App Store / Google Play)

All payments and cancellations are handled by your app store provider.
Refunds are subject to App Store / Google Play policies.

7. Local-First Architecture & Data Sync

By default, your data is stored on your device.
Optional encrypted cloud backup and cross-device sync may be enabled.
You remain responsible for:

• safeguarding access to your device
• managing backup preferences
• deleting backups when desired

Miigo is not responsible for loss of data on devices that are lost, damaged, or inaccessible.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse Miigo or attempt to disrupt its functionality
• reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• use Miigo for harmful, abusive, or illegal activity
• upload content that violates laws or third-party rights
• attempt to access data belonging to other users

Miigo may suspend or disable accounts that violate these rules.

9. AI-Generated Content

Miigo uses AI models to generate responses.
You understand and agree that:

• AI output may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete
• AI-generated content is provided “as is”
• You must evaluate and use the output responsibly
• Miigo is not liable for reliance on AI-generated content

10. Service Availability

Miigo is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• the Service will always be available
• the Service will be error-free
• content will always be accurate
• uninterrupted access or storage

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Miigo—including design, features, text, graphics, logos, icons, and AI logic—are owned by Greenster or its licensors.

You may not:

• copy
• redistribute
• modify
• resell
• train models on
• or commercially exploit

any part of Miigo without explicit written permission.

12. Termination

You may stop using Miigo at any time by deleting your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you violate these Terms
• you misuse the Service
• continued access would create risk or harm

Upon termination:

• your right to use Miigo ends immediately
• local data on your device remains under your control
• cloud backups (if enabled) can be deleted by you anytime

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Danish and EU law, Greenster is not liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• loss of data on your device
• decisions made based on AI-generated content
• device failures, connectivity issues, or third-party service outages

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

• Danish law, and
• applicable EU law, including GDPR

Disputes may be brought before Danish courts.

If you reside in the EU, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
